TopupSat (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our decoder subscription renewal service in Uganda, East Africa and surrounding countries.
When you renew a subscription we collect: decoder type and serial number, subscription package, phone number (MTN or Airtel), and email address. We do not store card details; payments are processed via MTN and Airtel mobile money.
We use your data to process your renewal, send confirmation by SMS and email, and issue receipts. We may use your contact details to notify you about your subscription status or, with your consent, about offers.
We use secure connections (HTTPS) and do not store sensitive payment card data. Mobile money is handled by approved payment providers.
